APE curriculum:
High Performance Electric Drives (6 credits)
Industrial Measurements (9 credits)
Power Electronics (9 credits)
Design and Modelling of Electronic Systems: 1) Mechanical Design (3 credits); 2) Thermal Modelling (3 credits)
Year II
First semester
IES curriculum:
Emerging Nanoelectronics: Bio Inspired and Green Nanoelectronics (9 credits)
Learning Based Signal Processing (6 credits)
Quantum and Integrated Photonics (6 credits)
Computer Aided Design of Electronic Systems (6 credits)
APE curriculum:
Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Power Devices (6 credits)
Electromechanical Energy Storage and Conversion (9 credits)
Electromagnetic Compatibility and Signal Integrity (9 credits)
Modelling and Control of Electromechanical Systems (6 credits)
Second Semester
Devoted to optional courses (12 credits), further activities (6 credits) and thesis (18 credits)
